doesntdohumble07 - Eric arrives and reunites with Godric. Just after they have finished, they meet with Captain Jim Kirk, a blood bond of Godric's who has recently saved him from illness. At the lockers, Eric and Godric meet Frodo and Jessica, and Eric questions the possibility of little people in space.
07 - Eric meets Jaye. And her cow. And thus a beautiful romancefriendship is born. In the showers. While they are naked.
07 - Jessica comes back from the jump (and a canon update) speaking of Sanguinistas and things from the future that make Godric and Eric horribly uncomfortable. He makes himself feel better by running into Jaye again, this time with a hellhound. He also meets Skullduggery, which is weird for him. 12 - Eric speaks to Rhoda Lamb, a witch. He is more than a little wary of her magic. 19 - And then Jessica criticizes him for taking revenge on the death of his family. Not on, baby vampire.
07 - On this jump, Eric runs into Faith for the first time, who Eric comes to find out is Godric's. He also runs into Ariadne, who finds him curious, and Bela, who finds him even more curious.
07 - Shortly after the jump, Eric finds out that Jaye sat out the jump. He shows his concern by calling her an idiot. 24 - Eric and Godric team up with Jim to make an announcement about blood donations. Those who comment on the post include: Alayne Stone, Cillian Quinn, Derek Hale, Frodo Baggins, Hong Kong, Isaac Lahey, Jaye Rinnark, Josias St. John, Ladon Ceto, Legolas, Mason Lockwood, Mike Ross, October Bantum, Olivia Dunham, Raven Darkholme.
07 - Eric flirts with Jaye on this jump, naked with her horse (and chickens, blegh) in the showers. She suggests they sleep together. Eric likes this idea. 22 - Cutler wants to know peoples' opinions about vampires. Eric wants to know exactly why he's asking. A vampire, asking opinions about other vampires. How curious... 23 - Eric sits in a lounge and invites people to come and feed him or just talk about feedings. Those who visit include: 7, Bela Talbot, Peter Parker, Sawyer "Soysauce" Sciarrino, Steve Rogers, and Thranduil. Bela and Soysauce become donors. Thranduil... Well. Here begins the story.
07 - On this jump, Eric pisses Thranduil off in the showers and has the time of his life. Godric wisely intervenes. He also meets Jaye in the showers again. Without the chickens. He also runs into Elena, who is a weird version of a vampire, he thinks, and Peter again, who is entirely too interested in vampirism and asks far too many questions. 09 - Finch the incubus makes a post wanting sex, and Eric of course has to comment on it. 14 - Dean and Cas make a post about hellhounds and Eric has to comment on this one too. For different reasons. One supposedly evil thing has to speak up for another, after all. 18 - Eric is stuck in the hallways and is terribly annoyed by it. He manages to run into Josias, and Josie becomes another one of his donors. Meanwhile, Ariadne and Soysauce do their best to try and get him to calm down while he's raging through the halls. 22 - The Genetics Lab. Godric summons Eric there to protect him and Seraphim, who confuses Eric. They run into Thranduil and fight off giant rats and manticores with the dwarves. He also rescues Bela, who is nearly killed/eaten by the manticores/rats herself.
07 - Eric runs into Fili at the lockers, and he finds him curious. And then he gets to know Seraphim better, and finds out that she convinced Godric that he has a soul, somehow.
07 - Eric runs into Frodo again. And he is still as short and nervous as he ever was. He also meets Lestat, who has a talent for pissing him off. And runs into Soysauce, his ever-faithful donor. 08 - Eric decides to give this elven garden party a try. There, he runs into Thranduil. Questions the flowers in his hair, the usual. Thranduil asks about drinking blood, and luckily Godric shows up so it becomes an actual discussion, where Thranduil plays scientist, for a time.
07 - Eric runs into Thranduil again, this time with a dragon. Again, they butt heads. 16 - Godric convinces Eric into cleaning up around the ship. Many people comment on it, including: Ariadne, Elena Gilbert, Hikaru Sulu (xi), Jaye Rinnark, Josias St. John, Seraphim Dias, Thranduil, Tony Stark. Jaye is recovering from her second time outside the jump, and Eric wants to give her the blood. Thranduil and Tony are terribly annoying. The rest of them only mildly so. 30 - Eric hears flute music and goes looking for its source. Of course it would be Thranduil. They talk about mortality, and the gift in death, and Eric really doesn't agree with him about that one. At all.
24 - The Cyllene. DAY THREE: Eric rescues Neal and gives him some of his blood, making him a deal about donations. He also runs into Josie and finds out that his chip is malfunctioning. DAY FOUR: Eric meets his facetwin and is very confused about this whole thing. Then Eric rescues Thranduil from drowning, only to have the door shut on him. Thranduil helps free him and feeds him to restore some of his bloodloss. He has also ingested some of Eric's blood. Thus (accidentally) begins their blood bond.
31 - Thranduil dreams of Eric. Playing the role of his wife. It is very soft and delicate, and Thranduil gives him the sun. It is probably pretty confusing for Thranduil, who isn't expecting anything like this. OH WELL.
22 - Eric gets the bleeds in front of Emily. Then he comes to Jaye's rescue. Jaye the bear. That's a little weird for him, but okay.
13 - The Empathy Plot. Eric shares memories with Angel. As well as a few others, including: Seraphim and John Mitchell.
08 - Thranduil summons Eric to the gardens to talk. About the blood bond, which he has found out about from Godric, apparently. Eric has been doing his best to ignore it all, but it would not be ignored forever. And now they are left with the bond. Which Eric is sworn to honor. 21 - Thranduil gets a vision and Eric makes good on his word to honor the bond. Which baffles Thranduil. Even after he burns him with silver, he will still do right by him. They fight, a little. Eric wants Thranduil to trust him, but that is hard, for the elvenking. A major turningpoint, in their relationship. 28 - Godric would speak with Eric about everything on the Cylla. And about Neal's portrait that he gave him.
08 - Thranduil summons Eric to the gardens to "beg his pardon in person". As prompted by Jaye, and by learning that Eric healed her and that he is not all that bad, he is willing to try and make this work. Thranduil shows him trust, to feed for the first time. Then Eric goes flying. And grabs Thranduil to take him along for the ride. 15 - Nuada is injured and so Thranduil gathers his people together to go after what - or who - got him. But their search turns up empty. 06 - Thranduil explains that Morgoth is on the ship and expresses how terrifically bad this is. Eric can see that the very idea of the presence of the other terrifies him.
07 - At the Jump, Eric can suddenly feel the cold. He expresses his concerns about it to Godric, who teases him about being a viking bothered by the cold. Despite being miserable, Eric still teases Derek, who seems to have woken up on the wrong side of the pod. And then Harry offers to cast a spell on him to help with the climate differences, but he's unsure about that, because of magic. 07 - Thranduil and Eric strengthen their bond. It now goes two ways. Thranduil can feel what he feels now. And what's more, they do so willingly. 08 - Eric meets Morgoth and the pair of them size each other up, one predator to another. 16 - Eric and Godric put out another call for blood. People who commented include: Aidan Waite, Caroline Forbes, Derek Hale, Faith Lehane, Granny Weatherwax, Harry Potter, Hyperion Crius, Jenna Sommers, John Mitchell, Josias St. John, Kaye Fierch, Leonard "Bones" Mccoy (XI), Mairon [Sauron], Meriadoc Brandybuck, Neal Caffrey, Seraphim Dias, Stiles Stilinski. Some of the vampires object to the idea of asking. It figures. 16 - Some of the donors come a calling. Harry and Merry, specifically. Mairon drops by with questions.
02 - Thranduil orders his vassals to assist security after Nathan's botched attempt to take the bridge and Eric has a conversation with him about being who they are. About being a better person, or being happy with what you've got. 04 - Melkor holds a powow to gather information and talk about the passengers taking control of their own fates brought on by the botched take of the bridge, and for some reason Eric is invited along for the ride. 07 - Eric encounters Tauriel after the jump and has a conversation with her about Thranduil (and whether or not he loves him...) Shortly thereafter he gets word that Morgoth is on the warpath. He tries to stop him, but is in the end no match for the dark lord and Morgoth takes Thranduil. Eric is livid that he could let such a thing happen to someone under his protection and immediately aids in launching a search to find him, all the while knowing exactly what tortures are being set upon him. 11 - Eric finds Morgoth and Thranduil and must strike a deal with the dark lord. He will get Thranduil back and alive, in exchange for a promise that he will help Morgoth get what he wants - off the ship with the help of Thranduil's network of helpers. 12 - While out on the search in a party with Luthien, Gladriel, and Jaye, they discover the remains of Thranduil's hair. 13 - Thranduil is located and at Elrond's suggestion, a battle is fought and the victor gets to take the spoils. Lucky for all parties that the events have been predecided... 15 - Eric, having stood guard of Thranduil's room the last few days, finally chances a visit. His bondsmate does not know him due to the horrors Morgoth has inflicted on his mind, but they have a connection even so, and that comforts him, despite the horrors of his ordeal. 18 - Thranduil makes an address to the network, although he is far from recovered from his ordeal. That much is clear when Eric must come to his aid when a conversation with Arya sets him off-balance.
03 - Eric encounters Buffy in the Oxygen Gardens on her way to meet Thranduil. She entertains him, to say the least. 07 - Fresh out of the jump, Eric runs into Morgoth, who is mourning that Mairon is in a stasis coma. Against his better judgment, Eric informs him that he is not dead. He also finds that he is now the carer for Howly, as Jaye has left the ship, and gains a friend(?) in Spike because of this. He speaks briefly to Galadriel, and again another elf is asking him about his feelings for Thranduil and whether or not he is in love with him. Eric sidestepps the question (again). Then Thranduil asks him to get him out of there, for he has run into Morgoth and he is afraid he will go back to him. Eric is strong for his bondsmate and does as he is asked. 13 - Thranduil is caught in a rainstorm and Eric is there for support.
06 - Thranduil decides to take a vacation from being kingly and leaves Nuada in charge. Nuada does a slightly less than ideal job of it, and Eric is left raising his eyebrows a little. When you are told you need a little more diplomacy by a viking... It upsets Thranduil, which is more than troubling for Eric. He promises to meet with Nuada later, and is surprised to be asked to promise to watch out for his bondsmate for the other. 07 - Eric is at Godric's side to comfort him, as Faith has left the ship. 12 - Thranduil realizes that Eric can feel everything that he feels, and that he experienced every moment of physical torture he suffered at the hands of Morgoth. 15 - Frustrated with Eric's lack of progress, Morgoth clences his fists and calls Eric to him, corrupting him when he is done with him. 22 - Everything is set for Morgoth's plot to be launched, and he sends his orders out. Eric is to be Bonnie's dog. He is also in charge of kidnapping Luthien and Legolas to the shuttle. Aboard the shuttle to Arima, Eric descends into a nightmare. Once they arrive at the colonies, Harry makes a scene and Eric breaks it up. 24 - Eric has been named Bonnie's dog, but to Morgoth even this is not enough, and so he plays games in Eric's head. 26 - Thranduil and Godric come to the rescue, Eric snaps out of it, tosses him the knife to vanquish all evil, and Thranduil kills the big bad for them. Back safe in the Oxygen Gardens, Godric helps him struggle with his emotions. Thranduil makes a post to the network about Melkor and Mairon being vanquised, while Eric fights with his demons. Thranduil returns to comfort him and, surprising Eric and himself, does so with a kiss. Later, Godric catches them snogging. When Thranduil threatens to leave Godric and Eric alone together, Eric does not take it so well. Thranduil is not dealing so well with Eric's fragility, it would seem. Late that night, they have a confrontation on the matter. Even in his weakest moments, Eric must still be strong for Thranduil. But he is alright with this, in the end.
07 - Once again, Eric has a run-in with one of his groupiesfellow vampires, Spike.10 - Eric surprises Thranduil with a meal. The pair of them talk about the differences between their views on sex and relationship. Eric is frustrated with Thranduil continuing to lead him on while holding him at arms length. They debate and finally Thranduil reaches the decision that even the gain of a guilt is still a gain. The deed has already been done anyway, in their soulbonding. All they have left is to accept it. And so he does, and they do. And they, ahem, do it. (NSFW) 18 - Eric meets Sally in the Oxygen Gardens and doesn't quite know what to make of her. 19 - The next day, he runs into Odessa there as well, and she thanks him for saving her (from Harry during Arima). 20 - Thranduil plans a night for Eric this time. Eric is charmed that his bondsmate-turned-lover went through all the effort that he did for his sake. (NSFW) 22 - Eric runs into a few people on his wandering around the ship, including Buffy again, and Mitchell, one of his biggest fans (lol). 24 - Eric is called to Godric's side when this whole sensual over-stimulation event begins and tries to help him make sense of it.
07 - Eric awakes to find his memories removed. Thranduil finds him, as does Godric, and the pair of them try to make sense of it. Innocent Eric cannot make head nor tail of it but goes with them willingly, for he knows that he has a connection with both of them, he can feel it in the bonds connecting them, even if he does not know the history behind said bonds. Then Mitchell encounters him and is weirded out by Eric's innocence. 12 - Eric's memory loss frightens Thranduil, and it is up to Eric himself, memories or no, to convince him that it is not the loss he perceives it to be.
